With this article, Prison for Lula and the Principle of Presumption of Innocence, we analyze the STF decision on HC 152.752, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva vs. Superior Court of Justice, which considered that the prison after the appeal court verdict does not infringe the presumption of innocence and legitimated the immediate enforcement of the criminal condemnation (of Lula) by the court.

Analisamos a decisão do STF sobre o HC 152.752, acerca da prisão após a segunda instância, antes do trânsito em julgado, que permitiu a manutenção da prisão do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, confrontando-a com a presunção de inocência.
